Some Results from the 5 Boro Dance Challenge Meredith and her partner Simone Assboeck were graded into the "A" category (top skill level) and danced against the current U.S. women's standard champions, Citabria Phillips and Zoe Balfour, at this year's 5 Boro Dance Challenge. Although they didn't win, they did take first place in one dance -- waltz -- and came in second overall. In addition, they took the title of North American Women's Show Dance champions for their Hustle. John emceed skillfully, and a good time was had by all. John and Meredith's students, Jerry Petardi and Jason Cudlic, took first place in the Country Challenge, while students Bradley Erickson and Jerry Chapa took second. Videos will be posted soon.
